I have had the privilege of working with BTSS for over a year, and as I prepare to move on to my next chapter, I wanted to share my experience. Throughout my career, I have worked for many companies, but none have matched the level of support and genuine care that BTSS shows not only to its employees but also to the participants they serve.

Jude, the Director, is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, providing consistent mentorship, genuine guidance, and a deep understanding of both staff and participants. Recognition is given where it’s deserved, and constructive feedback is delivered in a way that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. At no point during my time with BTSS have I felt unsupported. I have always felt valued, encouraged, and backed by a team that truly cares about the wellbeing and success of its staff. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and support I’ve received during my time at BTSS.
